("Westridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "Exchange") for the proposed business combination (the "Transaction") between Harrys International Manufacturing Inc. ("HIMI") and the Company, previously announced in the Company’s press release dated January 22, 2018, which Transaction constitutes a Fundamental Change pursuant to the policies of the Exchange.
