Cryptocurrency Latest News 2018 | The important items of news for 29th March are as followed:

1) Bitcoin Drops Below 00 As Twitter Ban Takes Toll On Markets.

Bitcoin fell below 00 March 29 as new downward pressure forces prices back to almost their lowest levels since November 2017. BTC/USD fell to 50. Major altcoins followed, Ethereum (ETH) hitting 9 at press time to extend monthly losses of over 50%.

2) Global Cryptocurrency Groups Plan to Sue Google, Facebook Over Advertising Ban.

The Russian Association of Crypto-Currency and Block-Finish (RACIB) and industry associations in Korea and China are planning to sue Google, Twitter, Facebook, and Yandex for refusing to place cryptocurrency advertising, RACIB head Yuri Pripachkin told the Blockchain RF-2018 congress. The parties intend to file suit in May, Russian publishing giant TASS reports.

3) Bitcoin Mining Training Coming to 30 Cities in India.

Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DICCI) is collaborating with social entrepreneur and the treasurer for Democrats Abroad India, Dr. Tausif Malik, to launch a training program for bitcoin mining in 30 cities across India, local media reported.

4) Bank of England To Test Blockchain Features For New Payment System.

The Bank of England is undertaking a proof-of-concept (PoC) to understand how the renewed Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) service could be capable of interacting with Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), according to the bank’s statement on March 27. This week, the European Central Bank (ECB) together with the Bank of Japan (BoJ) released their study of Blockchain’s potential for transforming securities settlements.

5) Big Investors Will Make ‘All Hell Break Loose’ In Crypto In 2018, Says Abra CEO.

Cryptocurrency investment app Abra’s CEO forecast that “all hell will break loose” in Bitcoin and altcoin markets this year in a fresh mainstream media interview March 28.

6) Two Largest Cryptocurrency Exchanges Look to Exit Asia Due to Impractical Policies. |

Binance and Bitfinex, two of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the global digital currency market, may completely move out of Asia this year, due to impractical policies.

7) Ford Wins Patent for Cryptocurrency-Fueled Vehicle Technology.

Americans could soon be doing cryptocurrency transactions from their vehicles and arriving at their destinations faster. A subsidiary of Dearborn, Mich.-based Ford Motors has been granted a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a cryptocurrency-fueled technology to power its cars. It’s called the Cooperatively Managed Merge and Pass (CMMP) It was filed in 2016 and was just granted to Ford Global Technologies.
